I didn't feel like there was a right or wrong answer to this. They just want you to be able to think on your feet. Explain why the adjectives you give them describes you well. Example: "The first adjective I would use to describe myself is Considerate because I realize that my actions affect not only the clients I serve, but also the members of my team."
