What are the levels of isolation in sql?

The isolation scheme level determines at what point will some changes in database become visible(after commit, before commit, after finished transaction…) on shared resources, and weather dirty or phantom reads will be permitted.

There are few isolation levels depending on the database: In Oracle databases we have read uncommitted, read committed, repeatable and serializable, In MS SQL 2016 they don't allow read uncommitted, and besides those above mentioned isolation levels they have snapshot starting from MS SQL 2008.
