You can use your own - but I told her that my strengths were that I am hard working/fast learner, I communicate well and I love to work with people. My weakness were that I push myself too hard sometimes; I try to please everyone, and that I am not a very stern person. I like to talk things out before taking any kind of action and even then, I try to find a median. ....on this question don't say things like i can't do math or I like to watch tv .. you know simple stuff because it can sound like you really don't understand professionalism. You have to work around the question so that you can relate to them in a personal way.
