The recruiter will ask you this. Here, you can likely discuss actual numbers, but remember it is a pre-screening. The basic MDP salary seems to be around 40-45k. the AMDP salary seems to be around 75-80k. At the regional manager interview, you will likely get it again. At this point, don't answer with a number. Tell them you are motivated by money and the sky is the limit. They told me that's what they like to hear. I may have slipped here since they told me they really did want me to give them a number, so I gave them the same number I gave the recruiter. Probably the wrong move.
