IT Analyst should have at least basic salary of 2500-4000. If a freshie without any exposure in IT in term of hardware, software understanding should be getting a draw line of 2000-2500. Experience can be gain, you just need to have a passion in IT and where you should start. As for me, i start digging about IT since 15, so i start opening hardware, playing with various software just to get the exposure and experiece.
