Being impatient and expecting to get immediate results is one quality I want to get rid off . Engineering design and analysis takes time and effort. One can't expect everything to work out in the first trial, so that you can pack up and go home. The challenge is to be able to give sustained and organized effort. That's my only weakness, which won't be so for long....
