Great customer service. Answer this will all positivity but when your in there you will know the real thing. they are alright with customers but for their employees... man for 8 years working for them pay was not good. pay rise even unbelievable 25p for 8 long years of committed service and hardwork. Bonus not really bonus you work for that as they pay you low then less pay rise so bonus is really what you have worked for then they tax it. Its not bonus really. theres no share for employees thats not true at all its called BONUS or PROFIT SHARE not really share of the profits its what management announces for everybody to get. and they TAX it.
