Disney level customer service. Being upbeat and friendly doesn't cost a thing and your upbeat attitude will keep customers calm too. I treat my attitude and friendliness as a chance to market the company. We don't convenience them by flying them they are only here because they choose to fly with us. It's about owning every customers experience while they are in the air. Every company has ads and tries to sell you on flying with them but do they have a Nathan no they don't.
