Actually, my previous manager was wonderful, however if I had to identify one thing, it would be that I don't appreciate micromanaging. I am a very time oriented hands on person, type A if you will, so micromanagement was not needed however I do identify with her position and understand that she managed her entire team the same way. For her, it was an ingrained method of management and not indicative of my abilities or the quality of my work.
