With over 10 years of quality restaurant industry experience in numerous concepts, types, and locales constructed many understandings and skills involving POS systems. This instilled exposure to varying POS systems software was strengthened through training others to use varying POS systems. Some of whom that I trained had language barriers, or never used a POS terminal before. I aggressively sought trends within systems to relay bugs, glitches, and modifier adjustments to management for correction. Having gained positive learning experiences within many restaurant settings provided valuable exposure with differing owners, management styles, and POS software terminals. The past 4 years found myself in business management roles in a client facing capacity as a main point of contact. Robust restaurant POS experiences coupled with extensive client communication relations, data management, and detail orientation through phone support I felt would have differentiated the capabilities and foundation I may have brought to this position with assisting customers of the Toast platform.
