I have four years of experience in IT and other technical experiences. I have been trained in some IT management and have taught myself many computer related skills. More benefical then my IT experience is my genuine concern for customers. I seek to ensure empathy and understanding is felt by every customer having an issue. When a issue is brought to me I will not let it out of my sight until I know the issue has been resolved and the customer is more than satisfied.
