I answered talking about a recent hobby I picked up. In their rejection email, they said that I 'spend a large amount of time outside of work' on my hobby that 'if successful would develop into something larger - concerns around the commitment to sales as a career'. I'm disappointed that they asked me about my hobbies, I answered truthfully, and they used that as a reason to imply that I would prioritize a hobby, one I only recently picked up with no plans of scaling it into a full-time job, over my career.
