Study the brand and understand the mission. I am a major advocate for this brand, and I truly hope that those who work for a company with the reputation of Patagonia will understand the mission and do not buy into the fancy "Patagucci" mentality. Patagonia employees should walk the walk. Prove that you value what they represent. I wish that I had the flexibility to work for their Reno office.
