I really had zero knowledge about the healthcare industry, so even after looking at the company website, I couldn't really give them what they wanted to hear. Things to look up: COBRA = healthcare insurance for the people who have recently lost their coverage, BUT WAY WAY WAY over priced so that no one can ever buy it anyways! GBAS = the blue screen database you'll be staring at 8-hours a day doing data entry from. Pivot tables = an Excel function used to organized data. (The one REALLY useful thing I got from the job)
