That's awful, Anonymous! Companies who dare to discriminate deserve to face legal action, so I hope the candidate pursued this. One's entire career trajectory depends on whether the employer discriminates during recruitment, which determines one's financial situation, survival likelihood and quality of life. Hence, this should never be taken lightly. The fear and severity of discrimination should be instilled into every employer.

I should note that Darren Hammond was the discriminatory individual I was referring to in my review. He is just one example of many justifying that you cannot confidently affirm that COMPLETE STRANGERS will not discriminate against you, especially in the private sector.
