A more engaging environment from where I am currently, and to help create the community and network that WeWork is striving for. This company seems like a fun, energetic, yet strongly goal-oriented team that can see the value of face-to-face interaction. I see myself able to contribute to this environment, and would eventually like to see upward mobility like I've seen from the few employees I've spoken with.
