Customer care, regardless of company or position, is the backbone of any organization that provides products or services. In the healthcare setting, the obvious customer is the patient since they are the ones who receive treatment, meds, services, etc.. The customer is also the visitor navigating the halls to find a friend or loved one whom they are taking get well gifts to, that may or may not have been purchased at the facility. The customer is also the staff member in another department that is relying on your assistance due to your skill set. If an individual legitimately cares about the customer and customer service, then they should realize how many customers there truly are and show all of them proper care and that you care about your actions.
