I was so mad at myself for not answeing this question well. I am still kicking myself as I type because the day before the interview, I researched on this very website and saw the question. I googled the question and even saw videos on how to answer it. When it got to the interview i failed to. Personally, I have a complex with interviews and hardly ever do well. I put so much pressure on myself because i want it so bad. For my previous job, I relaxed, no pressure because it wasn't a job I really wanted and I made a very good impression on them. I feel I have blown a big opportunity here. Hopefully they call me for 1:1 interview so I can redeem myself. I hope this helps anyone reading it
