The first key to amazing customer service is greeting each visitor as they walk in the door. Let them know you are ready to help them find the right product to meet their needs. Ask determining questions (and really listen to the answers) to narrow down their search and save them valuable time. Educate the customer on the choices in front of them, and then follow up with any add on suggestions that might enhance their original purchase.
