Having three words to describe what "security" is really defined by me is vigilance, helpful, and awareness. There characteristics are the first three words that really describe the meaning of "security" as for my definition. Vigilance is upmost a key point to bring up, watching for foreseeable harm at during entry and closing time. This brings comfort and safety to the patrons, as well as staff members in the building. Helpful is the meaning of good customer service. You being the first person they see, you must present a professional and welcoming manner. Having to show your first impression, you create a good impression of yourself, allowing them to look and seek you for help.
