What experience do I have in the Front Desk/ Receptionist area? , How would I handle a time when a customer would complain?, If there were to be no Manager's available to me one day while working, how would I handle the Front Desk/ store?

Experience in Administrative Office/ Customer Service/ Front Desk Receptionist is 4-5 years plus. I am excellent at multi-tasking and very responsible and reliable. I would handle complaints by being calm and consulting with a manager to determine a resolution for the complaint. No manager's while working I would handle the store/Front Desk as if it were just a normal day at work except just a few more tasks and responsibilities and make sure to prioritize and to call management if I really needed the help.
