I had no experience teaching/tutoring prior to this job but I talked about being a tennis coach for middle schoolers and activities i made up to keep them engaged and paralleled that to how I think mental breaks and activities are important in academic settings like CollegeSpring sessions to keep kids interested and performing well so I would pull from that tennis coach experience as a mentor.
