During project planning, the SLA and OLA are agreed which the vendor as well the clients agreed to. Incase of breach of SLA every team is entitled for a penalty and hence the vendor needs to be penalised and also inorder to avoid furthur delays the vendor should be changed or part of the equipments causing delays should be order from other vendor.
