I had used Revit in school and periodically during my tenure at my previous employer when interacting with the VDC team but my familiarity was limited. I was honest with my experience level and excited to learn about the unique integration of VDC & project engineering at GLY. GLY places an emphasis on engineers being willing to collaborate with the design team and subcontractors using all tools available including Revit. It was refreshing to know that not only are VDC users not siloed into modeling roles but leveraged to develop into better engineers and managers.
