I was excited to hear about an organization that is 100% candidate forward. Oftentimes in the world of recruitment, only one position is being offered and the selection process is full of granular complications - and for those roles (that is understandable). BrightBee KNOWS THEIR CANDIDATES and walks with them as 1099 contractors through a simple 'marketplace shift pick up style' environment via mobile/web application. BrightBee works with education and non-profit partners to provide a seamless high volume recruitment process for their classified staff roles such as; custodial support, school ops, substitutes, paraprofessional, after-school, and other youth and young adult support roles.
