The biggest thing was the people and culture. Over the several months that I was interested in Traction and looking for opportunities, I heard rave reviews from the first, second and third hand accounts of how great it was to work there. The other thing that interested me was the opportunity to be a part of team building an awesome product with huge growth potential.
