Horrible communication. Not a clue while there who my boss was, never even talked to anyone in the company, was hired but all HR corners were circumvented to start immediately and constant issues with benefit package, payroll provider. Bad experience. Good pay matters little with mega stress. Rather take less money with company that has direction.
