What is a Grid view ? What is View State ? What is a View bag? Explain ASP.NET page life cycle. What is CTE ? What are the Joins. Session, Cookies Arrays, Stored Procedures. SQL <- Complete grill. C# almost every thing. Have you seen aliens if yes then what was your reaction. Stupid questions on SQL. No straight forward questions. Wrong Technical Questions. Why you want to quit your current job ? I advise them to at least correct their technical questions or at least review them within the team before throwing them at the interview.

Why you want to quit your current job ? I answered that senior managers have changed the business direction which does not aligns with my career goal. I want to stay with .NET and they are moving to Open source. Feedback from their most Sr Developer. So you are saying you are hesitant to change and you don't want to learn open Source. This means you don't like Java so you also don't like Javascript and jquery. You know we use Javascript and Jquery here a lot. This Sr. Developer doesn't even know that Java Programming language has nothing to do with Javascript or Jquery. I was laughing in my heart, but i politely responded him that No these are two different technologies. I do know Javascript and Jquery but i want to use them with .NET not Java. Such a incompetent Sr. Developer they have. One of the question was. Will you work over time on weekends and holidays. I replied yes if am compensated properly. I don't shy away from hard work but if i am giving my personal family time to the company i expect bonus or appreciation. Feedback: He was dumb founded. Was he trying to hire a slave ? not sure...
