I was tasked to build a 4 ft tall and 6 ft long cardboard sculpture in an art class in my freshman year of college. I had a team of 4 people and we needed to design the sculpture and build it with very specific and strict criteria. We scheduled times to work on the sculpture, we worked together to design it, we figured out how to be organized, and we worked together as a team despite each of our own shortcomings. We got an A on the project and the sculpture turned out really well despite the challenges and the strict guidelines and short timeframe.
