Good customer service is when you make the customer feel welcome and relaxed. You listen intently to what the customer is saying and have great communication. You help to solve the customer’s problem and assist the customer as best as you can. You are also able to read a customer’s body language to know when to approach them and when they would prefer to be left alone so they don’t feel like they are being badgered and are able to have the best shopping experience you can provide.
