One weakness I’ve been working on is that I sometimes try to handle everything on my own instead of asking for help right away. I’ve realized that communicating early makes things run smoother, especially in a team environment. So I’ve been practicing speaking up sooner, and I’m getting much better at it. I’m looking forward to continuing to improve that here.
