I really get nervous speaking infornt of people. There have been times during the meeting when have kept quiet and not shared my ideas or insights.As a result things that should have been addressed weren't meaning more work for as they arose .my supervisor has encouraged me to speak by awalys putting me on spot for suggestions. Learning to speakand the take charge isn't been easy but it has made my ability to do the Job more efficiently and has resulted improved productivity for my department... Follow the (Star method..
