What is the difference between a loyal customer and a satisfy customer?

A loyal customer is the one that prefer us among the competition and choose to return most of the times he is in town. A satisfy customer is the one who enjoy all the amenities, the service, the quality of the food, in other words is the one who we match or excel his expectations.
