Was not prepared for this question and felt it reflected a desire to see if I could define a distinction according to some internal language the preferred. I said consulting was long term and designed to help identify problems that training would then be created to address. Still not sure if this was what they were looking for, but unless I worked there, I probably wouldn't know the proper terminology they were seeking.
