I have strengths in being organized and having good time management. During my college years, I did a lot of freelance work and participated in various organizations. I made an effort to manage my time so that I could attend classes, complete all my assignments, and still work. This was successful, as evidenced by my good GPA and my ability to complete dozens of projects each month. I have a weakness in overthinking details, which affects my productivity. However, to overcome this, I make detailed plans for each milestone of my tasks. This way, I am not overwhelmed by too many thoughts, and it becomes easier for me to manage my time and tasks effectively.
