They just want to know you can work a laptop, and can learn how to use different telephone systems on said laptop. They want STAR answers. I explained that I have good keyboard and mouse coordination. I knew how to use basic and commonly used pieces of software/interface (provided examples). In addition if there was software I was unfamiliar with, for example if it was particular to their company, I learn quickly and efficiently through training and practice. (I provided another example).
