My answer had nothing to do with sephora but instead owning my own business that would cater to making woman's feel confident and providing beauty and style services. Kind of like a beauty truck, a one stop shop instead of going multiple places for your beauty fix. The hiring manager really liked the idea. I was courageous enough to say that instead of "my dream job is to work at Sephora" Which is what the other girls in the interview said. I felt it was too typical and wanted to stand out a bit.
