I answered my expectations; they don't consider me for 2nd round of interview since I do not have monitoring experience. I have Clinical Research background, however and involved in multiple studies. Its CRA I position, they should not expect candidate to have the experience they wanted. I would not apply for CRAI if I have all the CRA experience, I would apply for CRAII instead.
