My experience with the QA process covers the full cycle of testing — from understanding requirements to delivering quality releases. I usually start by reviewing requirements and clarifying any gaps, then move on to creating test plans and detailed test cases. I’ve worked on both manual and automated testing. On the manual side, I handle functional, regression, and exploratory testing, ensuring that user flows make sense and edge cases are covered. On the automation side, I’ve used tools like Postman, RestAssured, and Playwright to create reusable test scripts for APIs and UI. I’m also familiar with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, so that quality checks happen automatically before releases. For performance, I’ve used tools like JMeter and k6 to measure load and stress scenarios. Beyond just running tests, I focus on writing clear bug reports with reproducible steps, collaborating closely with developers to get issues resolved quickly, and making sure the fixes are re-tested properly. Overall, I’d say my QA process is built around three principles: being thorough with coverage, proactive in communication, and efficient by balancing manual and automated testing.
