This question is usually difficult and throws many off. You do not want to state a weakness that plays a large role in the prospective position. You want to look at the job description and see a qualification that they want in the employee, make sure you use something relevant that you are not 100% great at but show that you are improving somehow on that skill that you can develop more with.
