The ideal leader in my opinion would be someone who is committed to constant improvement and values the input and perspectives of others. They should possess a clear vision and goals, and be able to effectively communicate and execute their plans towards achieving them. Additionally, a great leader should be able to inspire and motivate their team to work collaboratively towards a shared vision, while also fostering a culture of trust and mutual respect.
