This question really stuck out to me as the area manager was more interested about what I would like to achieve personally. Be truthful on what is important to you, whether that be a new car, new house, pay off your debts. After you have established what you would like to achieve personally, work out how much money you will need to save to achieve that annually. This will help the EAS Area Manager to get an understanding on how much you need to earn annually.
