Explain there is a strong dependency on having a reliable server connection from all client stations, preferably hard-wired to avoid necessary server/client reboots or power cycling routers. Also that the server is the data provider so maintaining a healthy server will drive all clients successfully. Also stress that all clients should be on same update version that is equally intended for matching a server software version in order for all to work in sync without any glitches or bugs. Bugs will just eat up time to isolate and resolve. Therefore, maintaining the above can often help prevent much of that.
