I said that I was frustrated by all of the restraints and "golden handcuffs" in the insurance industry that keep me from reaching my potential and earning what I deserve. The antiquated policies not only make my job harder, but make the entire insurance experience harder for my clients as well. As such, I am excited to join a Brokerage that focuses on modernizing the insurance experience for both producers and clients.
