My response : I have heard about ADT for a very long time and the commercials are everywhere . I did some research on Glassdoor.com and the reviews are an A+ for the culture, environment, and many other factors. At the time I was looking the number one thing that the employer would have to have is LONGEVITY. The average tech at this position is 9 yes. This company takes care of its employees and they give you tons of motivation to learn more and more about your positions plus opportunities to move up wonton the company . I LOVE THIS JOB.
