I have years of previous experience with customer service outside of call centers, face to face with people and my first job out of high school was as a salesman. This is a sales opportunity that requires customer service to build rapport with customers so we have returning clients. I think my experience and abilities to learn programs quickly and adapt in high pressure working situations are my best qualities for this position.
