I recently been on a spree for courses and talks about a new structural technology (DOTS) that really fascinated me, and I had hoped that I could reverse-implement it in many of my projects. But alas, I realised that I would have needed to implement that tech from the very beginning, and trying to force it in "on top" of the tech stack was more hassle than it was worth.
