Yes, a lot of interviewers ask these questions. Luckily I had been through one director already, so the second I interviewed with told me to bring a list of questions for him. Make sure you do. I truly believe had I not asked questions, and a lot of them I would not have gotten the position. Ask questions like about compensation, benefits, hours, training. But also ask questions of substance about where they can see your growth, what they think you may need you to work on, and most importantly if they have any hesitation about your qualifications. I think this is honestly the most important part of the interview and will determine if you do or don't get the job.
