Having worked amongst Microsoft Technology for around 8 years I am proficient in fast troubleshooting, with users who don't necessarily have the technical experience to provide required answers. I am relaxed when dealing with all levels of staff, and confident when dealing with Senior Management. I come from an entrepreneurial family and have project management skills learnt over a life-time.
