I am a chameleon that can play different roles on a team. In my currently position I am a team leader because I have been on the team the longest and my teammates rely on me for help and questions. I also pick up assignments when I am not busy, and my team needs extra help. I believe when the team succeeds you also succeed, and it is important for me that the team is successful.
